2. Hosting
This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Deutschland, on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
3. Server log files
The hosting provider automatically collects server log files (browser type/version, operating system, referrer URL, hostname, time of request and IP address). Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
4. Contact form / email enquiry
The contact form transmits your details (including optionally attached files) via a server-side script by email to anfragen@evotec-gmbh.de. Beyond this transmission, no form data is stored on the web server. If you send us an enquiry, we process your details to handle the request (Art. 6 (1) (b)/(f) GDPR).
5. Cookies & tracking
Audience measurement without cookies
To measure the use of our website, we process technical information only:
- when a page is called up: the page, date and time, the website you came from (domain name only), the device class (mobile/tablet/desktop) and the browser family (e.g. Chrome, Safari, Firefox), which we derive from the browser identifier, and the country, which we derive from your IP address
- whether the address called up contains campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign) or a click identifier from Google Ads or Microsoft Advertising (gclid, msclkid) – we only store that they are present, not their value
- the active time on page, i.e. the seconds during which a page is displayed in the foreground
- clicks on telephone and email links and on PDF documents (only the type of click or the address of the document on our website)
- a short value that changes daily and cannot be traced back, formed from your IP address and browser identifier
Your IP address and your complete browser identifier are not stored. We determine the country before the IP address is discarded, using a database stored on our web server (IP to Country Lite by DB-IP, db-ip.com, licence CC BY 4.0); your IP address is not transmitted to third parties for this purpose. No cookies are set and no data is stored on your device. Processing takes place on our web server in Germany on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in audience measurement). The raw data is deleted no later than four months after it was collected; aggregated figures without personal reference are kept permanently. If your browser sends the “Global Privacy Control” or “Do Not Track” signal, no measurement takes place.
Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID: G-VRWLSZ493V). The service is only activated after your express consent via our cookie consent banner. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. If you consent to the “Statistics” category, usage data is transmitted to Google; a transfer to servers of Google LLC in the USA is possible. IP anonymisation is activated.
For this purpose, Google Analytics stores the cookies “_ga” (to distinguish users) and “_ga_VRWLSZ493V” (session state) in your browser. Their lifetime is up to 2 years and is extended with every further page view while statistics are enabled.
You can withdraw your consent via the cookie settings (gear icon at the bottom left). Further information can be found in Google's privacy policy.
Google Maps
On our contact page we use Google Maps to show our location. Google Maps is only loaded after your express consent via our cookie consent tool. Without your consent, no connection to Google servers is established.
If you consent to the use of Google Maps, a connection is established to servers of Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Your IP address may be transmitted to Google in the process.
The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie settings (gear icon at the bottom left).

Local storage (localStorage)
We use your browser's local storage (localStorage) for the following purposes:
- Theme setting: stores your preference for the light/dark design
- Cookie consent: stores your consent decision (cookie_consent_v3)
This data is stored exclusively locally in your browser and is not transmitted to our servers.
6. Fonts
This website uses the fonts "Space Grotesk" and "DM Sans". The fonts are stored locally on our server. No connection is made to external servers (such as Google Fonts). Your IP address is not transmitted to third parties.
7. SSL/TLS encryption
This site uses SSL/TLS encryption for security, recognisable by "https://" in the address bar.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (Data Protection Authority of North Rhine-Westphalia).
